Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Karn Global purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All tags must be attached, and the item should be in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@karnglobal.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@karnglobal.com so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original item following our return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
